2002 ACH Food Companies continues to extend its manufacturing flexibility and geographical coverage.
2000 AC HUMKO renamed ACH Food Companies, Inc.
1995 Associated British Foods plc, acquires parts of Kraft Food Ingredients, naming it AC HUMKO.
1987 Kraft purchases Anderson Clayton Foods and merges it with HumKo to form Kraft Food Ingredients.
1952 HumKo acquired by Kraft Foods, Inc.
1948 HumKo forms a chemical division.
1930 HumKo founded in Memphis, manufactured lard substitutes and oils.
1904 Anderson Clayton, Co. founded in Oklahoma City. It later acquired shortening manufacturer Mrs. Tucker's Foods.
